Terms & Conditions for Online Coverage
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and use of online coverage services routed through Mediavox Digital (“Mediavox”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking and submitting content for coverage, the client (“you”, “your”, or “client”) agrees to be bound by the following:
1. Definitions
1.1 ANI shall mean Asian News International, the agency authorized to approve or reject the submitted content.
1.2 Client shall mean the person or entity booking the online coverage package through Mediavox.
1.3 Content shall mean the article, press release, or any material submitted by the Client for approval.
1.4 Services shall mean the routing of Client’s content to ANI for consideration and approval.
2. Authority & Approval
2.1 ANI shall have the sole and exclusive authority to approve, reject, or modify any content submitted by the Client.
2.2 Mediavox does not exercise any editorial control and is not responsible for approval decisions taken by ANI.
3. Role of Mediavox
3.1 Mediavox acts only as a routing agency for the Client’s content to ANI.
3.2 Mediavox shall not be held liable, legally or personally, for any decision taken by ANI regarding the content.
3.3 No warranties, guarantees, or assurances are provided by Mediavox in relation to content approval or publication.
4. Jurisdiction
4.1 All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 In the event that ANI rejects the submitted content, the Client shall be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
5.2 Such refund shall be processed and credited within 30 (thirty) days from the date of rejection confirmation.
5.3 No interest, damages, or additional compensation shall be payable by Mediavox.
6. Booking, Cancellation & Postponement
6.1 Once a package is booked, it shall be deemed final and no cancellation or postponement shall be permitted.
6.2 Payments made towards the package are non-refundable, except in the case of ANI’s rejection of content as set out in Clause 5 above.
7. Content Submission & Changes
7.1 The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of the content prior to submission.
7.2 Once content has been submitted to Mediavox for routing to ANI, no changes, modifications, or substitutions shall be entertained.
7.3 Mediavox and ANI shall not be liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the submitted content.
8. Disclaimer
8.1 Mediavox expressly disclaims any liability, whether direct or indirect, arising from the approval or rejection of content by ANI.
8.2 The Client acknowledges and agrees that the decision of ANI is final and binding, and Mediavox has no control over the same.
9. Acceptance
By booking a package and submitting content through Mediavox, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
